Hi guys,

it's been a while since I have updated Duckbar and probably it'll take another while before I get inspiration and free time to make updates and finish unfinished features.  I might make minor bug fixes if something critical appears (keep sending bug reports by email, private message or create a public thread here).

It would be soooo nice if they just used PNGs like a forum member once suggested a few years ago (before the X series was released) and mothball the BMPs.

Yep, that would be so much easier.

 Pan law?

In SONAR, Pan law is found in Preferences | Driver settings | Stereo Panning Law. It is project specific. New project uses last project's setting (I suppose). Thus you should check that pan law is correct. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has mixed the song with incorrect pan law setting. Current Pan law is not shown in the track view or control bar so you must either remember it or check it from the Preferences.

Hi, these are not Exe Colors, they are graphic .png's and you have to extract and edit them in photoshop or similar program.

Making a legend of items would be too tedious as there are 1000's of items in Sonar.

Thank you Panu. Much appreciated.
I would like to change the colour of the text which appears on the channel fader in the console view. Such as the word "Pan" and the words "in/out". Is there a menu for that at all?

> "Console/bus/right frame"

These names are taken directly from SONAR... Some of them are not very intuituive and also I have had difficulties to know which is which.  Let's hope Cakewalk improves documentation!

With Duckbar being so powerful and comprehensive it is sometimes difficult to know what a particular element refers to in real life. For example "Console/bus/right frame" etc.
I don't suppose there is a manual which has all the bits of sonar which can be coloured with a picture of each thing with the Duckbar label? For example, if the graphic of the pan pot on the channel strip was given an index number, the user could look up the index number and find that the Exe colours name for it was "console view/channel strip/pan pot" or whatever it it was.

Dear Zmods or anyone else who can help.
I just love Duckbar. But I'm afraid I don't actually understand the names for all the particular graphics and frames etc. I use Sinar X3 and Duckbar v 4.
I loaded the Dark Side theme. Beautiful. But I want to change the colour of the text on the console tracks and busses. The text that says "Pan" and the text that says "In/Out"  at the bottom of the channel fader. I can't find an entry in the Exe colours options that describes the text that is used on channel strips.
Can anyone help point me to it?

oops, I didn't pay attention of this...  :-(
Well, I installed Dark Side 2015 mod and see you can change a lot objects' color but I'm afraid of not knowing how to proceed...  :o
